No. A barrister can be invited as an external collaborator and access the authorised bundle after completing the secure account or sign-in process.
Yes, when upload permission has been granted. The uploaded document is presented to the bundle owner for review and a decision before it becomes part of the official bundle.
Only where the bundle owner grants the relevant permission. Viewing and downloading are controlled separately, so view-only access does not include download access.
Your External Collaboration area can show every active bundle invitation associated with your account, even when the bundles belong to different organisations.
Yes. Comments can be connected to an individual document or to the bundle as a whole, helping the instructing team identify precisely what requires attention.
