Questions from supporters
Bundivo helps with document preparation. It does not turn a supporter into a legal representative.
No legal training is required for ordinary practical tasks such as helping name and order files. Bundivo's How-to Guide explains common product actions. You should not provide legal services you are not authorised or qualified to provide.
Only when the bundle owner or another authorised person grants you access. You must use the account and permissions provided and must not share access with anybody else.
The bundle owner remains responsible for that decision, taking account of court directions, applicable rules and any professional advice they obtain. You can help carry out the practical organisation they request.
Only if your permissions allow it. Any uploaded document can remain subject to the owner's review before it is included in the official bundle.
Only if Bundivo's permissions and the bundle owner allow the relevant action. The safest default is for the owner or an authorised organisation member to control final generation and sharing.
Not necessarily. A McKenzie Friend is a recognised form of lay courtroom support, subject to the court's control and specific guidance. Helping someone organise files outside court does not by itself give you that role or any right to address the court.
