Terms of Use
The rules that keep the Bundivo platform fair, secure and dependable.
Bundivo helps prepare and manage electronic document bundles. You remain responsible for your documents, deadlines, legal obligations and the accuracy of the final bundle.
Agreement and who we are
These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Bundivo Ltd (“Bundivo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy and Cookie Policies.
Bundivo Ltd is registered under company number 00000000 at 1 Bundivo Square, London, EC1A 1AA, United Kingdom.
The Bundivo service
Bundivo provides tools for uploading, organising, converting, searching, paginating, indexing, generating and sharing document bundles. Features differ by plan, country and availability.
Eligibility, accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Organisation administrators control membership, permissions and subscription settings for their workspace.
Trials, subscriptions and payment
Paid services are billed using the price, currency, interval and taxes shown at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled. Plan limits, including users, bundles, pages or storage, apply as displayed when you subscribe.
Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund a period already started, except where required by law or expressly agreed. We may change future prices after reasonable notice.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights applicable in United Kingdom.
Your documents and data
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process, convert, secure, back up and deliver that content and operate the service. You confirm you are authorised to process and share it.
You are responsible for redaction decisions, confidentiality, privilege, retention, lawful disclosure and ensuring recipients are entitled to receive shared material.
Acceptable use
You must not use Bundivo unlawfully; upload malicious code; probe or bypass security; interfere with service operation; impersonate another person; infringe rights; send abusive material; scrape the platform; or use automated access without permission.
Shared links and collaborator access must be provided only to authorised recipients. We may restrict or suspend activity that threatens users, systems, legal compliance or service integrity.
Intellectual property
Bundivo and its licensors own the platform, design, software, documentation, trade marks and related rights. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains valid. Feedback may be used to improve Bundivo without identifying you.
Security, availability and third parties
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service is completely risk-free or continuously available. Maintenance, faults, third-party services or events outside our control may interrupt access. Integrations and external websites have their own terms.
Suspension, termination and export
You may stop using Bundivo and cancel as described in your account. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, legal risk or security threats, normally giving notice where practical. Export important documents before access ends. Deletion and retention follow our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
Bundivo is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that generated bundles satisfy every court, tribunal or recipient requirement, or that OCR, conversion, pagination or automated output will be error-free.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. For business users, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings. Any overall cap stated in an order form or subscription agreement applies.
Changes, transfer and severability
We may update these terms for legal, security, product or commercial reasons. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest continues. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your agreement without consent; we may transfer it as part of a restructuring or sale while preserving your rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in United Kingdom. Subject to mandatory rights that apply to you, disputes are handled by the courts having jurisdiction in United Kingdom. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
