Why pagination errors happen
Pagination often breaks when documents are inserted after an index has been prepared. Manual numbering can then become inconsistent across the bundle.
Use continuous page numbers
Continuous pagination makes it easier for everyone at the hearing to refer to the same page.
Check inserted documents
After adding documents, regenerate the pagination and verify that the index has updated correctly.
Avoid conflicting page labels
Original page numbers inside individual documents may differ from the bundle pagination. The bundle page reference should remain clear.
